I arrived at the hostel with my family, tired from a long drive, and we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. The hostel was clean and tidy, and our basic room suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed gathering in the well-equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area, where we found plenty of games to entertain ourselves. The location was central, great to easily access the lower walking trails and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Thredbo River. I had a wonderful stay at this winter wonderland and would definitely consider returning, maybe even in the summer.

If you're looking for a great hostel to base yourself in, this place is perfect. the location is ideal for those who love outdoor activities with the option to hike or ride locally. the common area is inviting and tended to with care. the rooms are spacious with comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Although some renovations may be needed, the Big and well-equipped kitchen and the breathtaking views from the balcony make up for it. Unfortunately, they only offer limited brochures.

I recently stayed at a hostel in a picturesque mountain town and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the value for money was exceptional, with affordable prices that included a delicious breakfast. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with en-suite bathrooms to the shared kitchen that provided a variety of food options. The location was also perfect, just a short walk away from the gondola and close to the local tourist information center. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome, and the common areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to fault.

The affordable accommodation was very well-located near the center of the action and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The kitchen was well equipped, similar to that of a professional restaurant, and it was very convenient to be able to cook for ourselves. The friendly and easy-going staff made our stay more enjoyable, always responding to our needs.
The lack of heating in the snow-filled resort was miserable. Many of us were forced to wear all of our clothing and gear to bed in order to stay warm. We asked the receptionist for a heater, but were told they were broken. This was clearly unacceptable given the location and cost of our stay. A functional heater was given to one guest, which left us feeling that money-saving was more important than guest comfort.

Loved our romantic getaway in that quiet village surrounded by stunning mountains. the cozy room with its mountain charm was perfect for our stay. the friendly receptionist showed us where to find the best eats and the outdoor barbeque with a view was a great spot to enjoy the scenery.
The parking situation was a bit of an inconvenience, we found ourselves having to park quite far away from the lodge. the bathroom situation was a bit confusing and our expectations were not met.
